Job summary

Axis CLC is seeking a Repairs Scheduling Manager to lead a centralised scheduling function across multiple contracts across the UK. The role focuses on planning resources, maximizing first-time fixes and maintaining service standards for residents and clients.

You will work with Contract Managers and Operations Managers to align priorities, drive KPI performance, and embed consistent scheduling processes within a newly centralised model.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a scheduling or resource coordination function.
• Experience within social housing repairs or facilities management.
• Understanding of reactive repairs and maintenance operations.
• Experience supervising scheduling teams; strong IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a centralised Scheduling Team across multiple contracts.
• Plan and allocate resources to maximise productivity and first-time fix.
• Align scheduling priorities with contract requirements with managers and supervisors.
• Escalate complex scheduling issues and resident complaints.
• Monitor KPIs, resource utilisation and service levels.
• Drive process improvements in scheduling systems and ways of working.
• Implement escalation and contingency processes during peak demand.
• Embed centralised scheduling model across contracts.
• Coach schedulers to maintain standards and performance.
