Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Repairs Scheduling Manager for a hybrid role based in Stevenage. You will lead a team of around 60 Repair Planners, Team Leaders and Planners, driving a high-performing culture and ensuring customers receive a seamless repairs service.
You will shape the ideal repair booking experience, building a centre of excellence for scheduling with accurate diagnostics, proactive communication and timely resolution.
Location: Hybrid/Stevenage Salary: £52,995 - £62,345 per annum pro rata Hours: 39 per week Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until July 2027 (secondment cover)

Are you an experienced Repairs Scheduling leader who thrives on improving performance, developing people and delivering an exceptional customer experience? We’re looking for a Repairs Scheduling Manager to lead and support a team of around 60 Repair Planners, Team Leaders and Planners, creating a high-performing environment where people can succeed and customers receive a seamless repairs service.
You’ll play a key role in developing our ‘ideal repair booking experience’, building a centre of excellence for repair bookings through accurate diagnosis, effective scheduling, proactive customer communication and timely resolution.
You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues across the Contact Centre, Digital and other booking teams, Out of Hours providers and field‑based teams to deliver a consistent, efficient and customer‑focused booking process, ensuring the right operative, with the appropriate skills and capabilities, is assigned to resolve the repair in the customer’s home.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our office in Stevenage. Candidates will be expected to work flexibly between the office and home depending on business needs. You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy; Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship. You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.
