You will be responsible for planning and scheduling responsive and planned maintenance works, ensuring operatives' diaries are efficiently managed and repairs are completed within agreed service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience as Repairs Planner or Scheduler in housing/maintenance environments.
• Experience using repairs scheduling systems.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Customer-focused approach to service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage day-to-day reactive and planned repairs.
• Allocate jobs to in-house operatives and subcontractors.
• Manage operatives' diaries to maximise productivity.
• Monitor progress and ensure works are completed within SLA.
• Liaise with residents, operatives, contractors, and supervisors.
• Rebook and reschedule appointments where necessary.
• Update repairs systems in real time.
• Support the wider repairs team to deliver a high-quality customer service.
