Job summary

Beyond Housing is seeking a proactive Scheduler to manage repair requests, appointments and work progress. You will allocate tasks to operatives, monitor diaries and resources, and keep customers informed of progress and changes.

The role requires IT literacy, accurate data entry, and strong communication and customer service skills. Experience in housing or landlord settings is desirable, with NVQ2/GCSEs or equivalent qualifications preferred.

Qualifications

• IT literate with accurate data entry and MS Office experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and competing priorities.
• Experience in housing/landlord setting is desirable; NVQ Level 2 or GCSEs or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of repair requests, appointments and work progress.
• Allocate work to operatives and monitor diaries and resource availability.
• Keep customers and stakeholders informed of appointments and progress.
• Support first-time fixes and maximise operative productivity to ensure repairs are completed within timescales.
