Job summary

Mears Group is seeking a proactive Planner in Peterborough to join our repairs team. You will schedule operatives, track repairs, and maintain clear communications with residents and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service.

You will coordinate with administrators, supervisors, and contractors, support reporting for KPIs, and help prioritise urgent jobs while maintaining thorough records for audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a planner role or similar responsibilities.
• GCSE English and Maths or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Schedule operatives and subcontractors to optimize resources and meet delivery targets.
• Monitor daily repair jobs, appointments, follow-ons, and overdue tasks.
• Ensure operatives update PDAs and scheduling data accurately.
