Job summary

Sellick Partnership is seeking a Repairs Administrator in County Durham for a temporary ongoing role. The position involves coordinating appointments, scheduling repair and maintenance work, and ensuring accurate record-keeping across systems. A driving licence is required.

You will liaise with customers and operatives, manage calls, and monitor workloads to maximise productivity while delivering excellent service. Salesforce experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or customer service experience.
• Experience using Salesforce would be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and allocate work to operatives within agreed timeframes
• Manage inbound and outbound calls to arrange customer appointments
• Monitor workloads and adjust schedules to maximise productivity
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across internal systems
• Liaise with internal teams to track repairs, materials, and progress
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries or complaints
