Job summary

WPS is seeking a skilled Plumber to join our Responsive Maintenance team in Walton on Thames. You will carry out repairs, maintenance, and renewals in occupied and void properties, ensuring high-quality workmanship and a strong focus on customer service.

You will diagnose faults, perform multi-trade tasks where needed, and use PDA devices to manage jobs and documentation. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Have proven experience as a Plumber within repairs, maintenance, or social housing.
• Take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Have excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Are confident working independently and managing their own workload.
• Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Can work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and renewals within occupied and void properties

• Deliver an excellent customer experience during every visit
• Ensure all work is completed in line with Health & Safety regulations and company standards
