We're looking for a proactive and experienced Repairs Supervisor to manage a skilled team of operatives delivering high-quality responsive repairs across social housing properties in Walton on Thames.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the responsive repairs team


• Ensure all repair works are completed on time and to the highest standards


• Carry out site visits and oversee office-based planning and reporting


• Monitor team performance, compliance, and health & safety requirements


• Build strong relationships with residents, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in social housing repairs

• Local to Crawley with a full UK driving licence

Desirable Skills
