What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who shares our values and takes real pride in delivering high quality plumbing repairs and installations in our customers’ homes:

  • Customer Driven – You put our customers first, making sure every plumbing repair is completed safely, neatly and to a high standard.
  • Accountability – You take ownership of each job from start to finish, managing your time well, following agreed processes, and delivering a reliable, consistent service across all plumbing tasks.
  • Develop & Learn – You’re committed to sharpening your skills, staying up to date with new plumbing systems, materials and tools, and learning from the wider repairs team to deliver the best service possible.
  • Champion Communication – You communicate clearly with customers, colleagues and supervisors, explaining issues in a way people understand and keeping everyone updated on progress or any changes needed.
You’ll bring:
  • Experience installing, repairing, maintaining and testing domestic plumbing systems.
  • Strong fault finding ability and confidence using air and water pressure gauges.
  • Knowledge of industry best practice and safe working methods.Experience working in occupied homes and a commitment to high quality customer care.
  • A solutions focused attitude and the ability to work independently.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a Basic DBS check, a Right to Work check, and a DVLA licence check.

Working hours

You will be required to be on site and ready to start at 08:00, working through to 17:00 with a one hour unpaid lunch break.

You will also take part in an out of hours rota, ensuring customers receive support when it’s needed most.
