Build Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading provider of building maintenance, refurbishment and retrofit services, who is looking for a Repairs Planner to join their team.

This role focuses on coordinating repairs, scheduling appointments and remedial works, liaising with contractors and housing teams, and ensuring residents receive a responsive, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in repairs planning or scheduling, ideally in social housing.
• Experience with damp and mould repairs is a plus but not essential.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and schedule repairs across social housing properties.
• Arrange inspections and remedial works, particularly damp, mould and condensation.
• Allocate jobs to operatives and contractors and monitor progress.
• Liaise with residents, housing officers, surveyors and contractors to provide updates.
