You will have a recognised trade background and a solid grasp of service delivery, budgets and performance metrics, with NEBOSH or IOSH being a plus. The role emphasizes safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading repairs, maintenance, voids or construction-related services.
• Strong coaching and development skills for multi-skilled teams.
• Excellent relationship-building with customers and stakeholders.
• Experience managing performance metrics and budgets; continuous improvement mindset.
• NEBOSH or IOSH qualification is advantageous.
