Job summary

L&Q is seeking a Maintenance Team Manager to oversee the North-East neighbourhood including Waltham Forest, Redbridge, Havering, Essex and surrounding areas. This permanent role reports to the Head of Service and requires managing a team of Supervisors delivering reactive works to residents and customers in a hybrid London-based setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a large maintenance team within a housing or facilities environment.
• Strong understanding of reactive repairs and DLO operations.
• Track record of delivering excellent customer service and meeting KPIs.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance.
