A leading housing organization in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Repairs Manager to lead its internal maintenance service team. Are you a natural leader with a passion for delivering high-quality housing repairs and maintenance services? We're looking for a dynamic Repairs Manager to lead our internal maintenance service (IMS) team. You'll be at the forefront of delivering responsive repairs/empty homes refurbishments/component installations, and compliance works across a defined geographical area. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll ensure excellent service delivery, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
This role is being offered on a full/part time permanent/fixed term basis working ** hours per week.
