Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking a Repairs Manager for a permanent role in Epsom. The successful candidate will lead repairs, maintenance, voids or construction-related services, act as an engaging and supportive leader, and build strong relationships while coaching and developing multi-skilled teams in a fast-paced operation.

The role requires a recognised trade background, a strong customer-focused service mindset, and comfort with performance metrics, budgets and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Management experience leading repairs, maintenance, voids or construction-related services.
• Proven ability to coach and develop multi-skilled teams.
• Strong customer-focused service delivery.
• Experience with budgets and performance measures.
• NEBOSH or IOSH qualification would be advantageous.
