Job summary

Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking a Supervisor/Team Leader for Operations - Repairs, Maintenance and Voids in Leeds. You will lead a team, manage resources and ensure delivery of services to time and budget while maintaining high standards and KPI achievement.

Role requires SMSTS, asbestos awareness, a supervising NVQ3+ and a UK driving licence. A company van and extensive benefits are provided as part of a permanent, full-time package.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 or above for supervision
• SMSTS certification
• 3-day first aid training
• UKATA asbestos awareness
• Experience in repairs & maintenance and delivering small multi-trade works
• Experience in managing DLO and subcontractors
• On-call rota escalation experience
• Social housing experience desired

Responsibilities

• Lead a team as part of a project or defined work stream.
• Assess resource requirements and monitor day-to-day activity.
• Ensure team objectives are met within time, cost and budget constraints.
