Job summary

Morgan Sindall Property Services is looking for a Supervisor / Team Leader to lead a team in delivering exceptional service and achieving KPIs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social housing repairs, holding qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Supervision and a Gold CSCS Card.

You will oversee the daily activities of your team, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and regulations.

Qualifications

Experienced Trade Supervisor with strong background in social housing repairs and maintenance.
Excellent knowledge of building regulations and the Building Safety Act.
Full UK manual driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months.

Responsibilities

Job description

Joining us as a Supervisor / Team Leader, you will lead a team as part of a project or defined work stream, driving excellent service standards and achievement of KPI's. You will assess resource requirements and support the management of the day-to-day activity, ensuring that all team objectives are met within overall time, cost and budget constraints.

We are seeking an experienced, time-served Trade Supervisor with a strong background in social housing repairs and maintenance. The successful candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Supervision, a Gold CSCS Card and a SMSTS qualification. You will have excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation, building regulations and the Building Safety Act, alongside strong IT skills and the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams of operatives. Experience managing DLO teams, subcontractors and the delivery of small multi-trade projects is essential, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and in line with KPI targets. A full UK manual driving licence, held for a minimum of 12 months, is required.
