Job summary

Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking a Supervisor/Team Leader for Operations - Repairs, Maintenance and Voids in Leeds. You will lead a team, manage resources and ensure delivery of services to time and budget while maintaining high standards and KPI achievement.

Role requires SMSTS, asbestos awareness, a supervising NVQ3+ and a UK driving licence. A company van and extensive benefits are provided as part of a permanent, full-time package.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 or above for supervision
• SMSTS certification
• 3-day first aid training
• UKATA asbestos awareness
• Experience in repairs & maintenance and delivering small multi-trade works
• Experience in managing DLO and subcontractors
• On-call rota escalation experience
• Social housing experience desired

£40,000 per annum + Company Van + Excellent Benefits

Permanent, Full Time - 40 hours per week

We are looking to recruit a Supervisor/Team Leaders to join us Leeds.

About the Role

Joining us as a Supervisor/Team Leader, you will lead a team as part of a project or defined work stream, driving excellent service standards and achievement of KPI's. You will assess resource requirements and support the management of the day-to-day activity, ensuring that all team objectives are met within overall time, cost and budget constraints.

About You

• NVQ level 3 or above for supervision
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• 3-day first aid
• UKATA asbestos awareness
• Previous experience within repairs & Maintenance and delivery of small muti trade works
• Experience in managing DLO and subcontractors
• Escalation participation on the on-call rota
• Social housing experience desired

You must hold a full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
