Morgan Sindall Property Services is recruiting a Multi Skilled Engineer in Leeds to perform responsive and planned repairs across occupied and void social housing properties. You will handle trades such as plumbing, joinery, tiling, bathrooms and kitchens, while using a handheld device to manage tasks efficiently.

The role demands a minimum NVQ Level 2 trade qualification, strong health & safety knowledge, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 trade qualification.
• Excellent Health & Safety knowledge.
• Customer-focused with experience in occupied and void properties.

Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive and planned repairs in social housing.
• Undertake plumbing, joinery, tiling and bathroom/kitchen renewals.
• Work with handheld device to complete tasks.
• Be flexible for on-call rota and out-of-hours work.
