Job summary

MMP Consultancy Limited is seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to manage void property refurbishment projects for a social housing contractor. You will lead a team of operatives and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery and high quality workmanship.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong communication, health and safety adherence, and effective stakeholder engagement across residents and clients. A driving licence and relevant qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams within social housing.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (maximum 6 points).

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (42.5 hours per week)

Overview

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join a leading social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis. You will be responsible for supervising a team of operatives and subcontractors delivering void property refurbishment works.
