Job summary

Morgan Sindall Property Services Limited in Leeds is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer to join our on-site team, delivering responsive and planned repairs across social housing properties to high standards.

The role covers plumbing, carpentry, tiling and bathroom/kitchen renewals, with safety and customer experience at the core. A valid UK driving licence and own tools are required; a Blue CSCS card is preferred. Benefits include a company van and pension scheme.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 2 trade qualification and strong Health & Safety knowledge.
Experience in occupied and void social housing properties.
Experience in kitchen and bathroom fitting is desirable.
Basic plumbing skills including maintenance and replacement of taps, toilets and baths.
Valid UK driving licence (min 12 months) and own tools; company vehicle with fuel card provided.

Responsibilities

Carry out responsive and planned repairs across social housing properties.
Undertake a variety of trades including plumbing, joinery, tiling, and fittings.
Use handheld device to receive and complete tasks.
Work safely and efficiently to achieve right-first-time repairs and excellent customer experience.
