Job summary

Eaton MSD Cheltenham is seeking a Repairs Coordinator to join the Customer Repairs team. You will review repair/upgrade orders, ensure customer requirements are understood, and coordinate with the business to deliver high-quality service.

Your role includes loading orders into Ultra ERP, providing quotations, expediting parts, and collating data for reporting, with a strong focus on detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Aerospace experience
• ERP business system familiarity
• Awareness of export and import processes
• Competent in using Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Review all customer repair/upgrade/modification orders in accordance with procedures.
• Support administration activities and quotation processes.
• Load customer repair/upgrade/modification orders into Ultra ERP system.
• Provide quotations to customers for work on their units.
• Place/Expedite/Confirm purchase orders relating to parts returned to supplier.
• Coordinate PO review activity for customer services.
• Collate data for reporting purposes.
