Enterprise Recruitment Limited is seeking a Sales Office Coordinator for a busy repairs administration and sales support team at a state-of-the-art facility near Aylesbury. You will efficiently process repair orders for a global customer base and support the customer service operation.

A family run business with close to 100 years in the medical industry, they drive growth by delivering niche medical products.

Qualifications

• Experience within a sales/office administration/coordination environment.
• IT skills including Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to organise workloads.

Responsibilities

• Repair order administration: handling customer repairs, inbound docs, quotations, approvals, shipping docs, invoicing.
• Customer relations: primary contact for overseas customers.
• Additional duties: switchboard support and process improvement.
