Job summary

Eaton MSD Cheltenham is seeking a Repairs Coordinator to join the Customer Repairs team, delivering support to ensure excellent customer service to our Aftermarket customers. You will represent the customer and ensure their voice is heard and acted upon within Eaton MSD, while understanding and aligning with business goals.

You’ll review orders, provide quotations, load orders into Ultra’s ERP, place POs for returns, and collate data for reporting.

Qualifications

• Aerospace experience required.
• ERP system familiarity required.
• Awareness of export and import processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review customer repair/upgrade/modification orders per procedures and confirm requirements with customers.
• Support administration activities.
• Provide information to support quotations.
• Load orders into ERP system accurately.
• Provide quotations for work to be performed.
• Manage PO related to parts returns and coordinate PO reviews.
• Collate data for reporting as needed.

Eaton MSD Cheltenham is looking for a Repairs Coordinator. As part of the Customer Repairs team, you will be delivering support to ensure excellent customer service to our Aftermarket customers. You will represent the customer and ensure that their voice is heard and acted upon within Eaton MSD, whilst also understanding and working towards the goals of the business.

What you’ll do:

• Review all customer repair/upgrade/modification orders in accordance with departmental procedures, ensuring customer requirements are understood, communicated with the business and where necessary challenged with the customer prior to commencing work on the customer owned products.
• Support the team on administration activities as required.
• Support with the provision of information to support the quotation process
• Accurately load customer repair/upgrade/modification orders into Ultra’s ERP system.
• Provide quotations to the customers for work to be performed on their units.
• Place/Expedite/Confirm purchase orders relating to parts returned to supplier.
• Coordinate the completion of PO review activity for customer services.
• Collate data for reporting purposes as and when required.

Qualifications:

• Aerospace experience
