Job summary

Eaton MSD Cheltenham is seeking a Customer Service Repairs Executive to join the Repairs team. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our Aftermarket customers and cradle-to-grave processing of repairs and orders to ensure on-time deliveries.

Collaborating with customers and internal teams, you will load repair orders in the ERP system, provide timely order updates, prepare quotations, and help identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction while supporting cash

Qualifications

• Experience in identifying opportunities
• Aerospace experience (military and civil)
• ERP or other business system
• Awareness of export and import
• EASA 145 knowledge

Responsibilities

• Review all customer orders in accordance with departmental procedures, ensuring customer requirements are understood and communicated
• Accurately load customer repair orders into ERP system
• Provide customers with timely updates regarding order progression
• Provide quotations for work to be performed on units
• Manage the customer interface for aftermarket customers ensuring exceptional service levels
• Support cash collection to maximise cash flow
• Collaborate with other areas to resolve issues delaying payment or causing complaints
• Assist with additional activities to maximise Eaton MSD Cheltenham goals
