Job summary

Confidential in Cardiff is seeking a Repairs Administrator for a 3‑month assignment to support the housing association by coordinating repairs and customer service. You will respond to tenant enquiries, triage repair requests by priority, and liaise with maintenance teams to schedule work in line with regulations. On-site, 35 hours per week, immediate start.

Experience in social housing and good communication and organisational skills are advantageous for this role.
