Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Ltd is supporting a local housing association by recruiting a Repairs Administrator to work in Cardiff. The role handles tenant enquiries, schedules and prioritises repairs, and ensures work complies with regulations.

This 3-month, onsite assignment offers 35 hours per week with an immediate start. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills and an understanding of social housing.

Repairs Administrator- Cardiff - 3 months -£16.42 per hour IMMEDIATE START

We are working with a local housing association which requires a Customer Service Adviser who will communicate with tenants and schedule and prioritise repairs to their properties in line with regulations and procedures.
