Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking a Repairs Coordinator within the Homes Division to support the Assistant Asset Lifecycle Manager in delivering the Asset Lifecycle Strategy across void works, planned and statutory maintenance, capital replacement and compliance.

You will take ownership of reactive maintenance and emergency repairs across PAAM properties, ensuring all works meet contract requirements, value for money, and health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar repairs coordination role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
• Excellent IT skills with attention to detail and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Support the collection of asset management data during acquisition phases.
• Ensure contracted service levels and KPIs are understood and recorded.
• Support risk identification and mitigation planning.
