Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a Voids and Lifecycle Coordinator to support planning and delivery of capital investment programmes, ensuring works are prioritised appropriately to protect asset value and improve the sustainability of the housing portfolio. You will liaise with contractors, manage diaries, and update job tracker systems in a full-time hybrid role based in London, with hours 8.30am-5pm.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in affordable housing or property management.
• Understanding of void property procedures and building maintenance lifecycles.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise different priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Track empty properties from move-out to handover to lettings team.
• Support planning and delivery of capital investment programmes, prioritising works.
• Book and manage contractors, monitor KPIs and ensure quality standards.
• Arrange compliance certification and monitor costs against budgets.
• Raise orders for repairs and lifecycle works and process invoices.
