Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking an Asset Services Assistant to support the maintenance and improvement of our property portfolio in London. You will help manage asset registers, coordinate with contractors and site teams, and assist with planned compliance testing and capital works.

  • Prior experience in administration and coordination, preferably in housing or property management.
  • Excellent IT and MS Office skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication, organisation and ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Asset Managers, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining asset registers.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure planned and reactive maintenance is completed on time.
  • Assist with delivery of planned compliance testing and remedial works; update asset databases.

# Asset Services Assistant## Job IntroductionPinnacle Group are looking for an Asset Services Assistant to support the effective maintenance and improvement of our property portfolio. As part of the Asset Services team you’ll help deliver services that preserve and enhance the physical condition of our assets. This includes supporting planned and reactive maintenance, lifecycle planning and delivery, and the coordination of capital works.Our Homes Division delivers trusted housing management services across Affordable, Private Rented and Leasehold properties.
