Job summary

Hamilton Woods Group seeks a temporary Repairs Administrator in Trafford. The role is 35 hours per week with 2 days in the offices and 3 days from home. Pay is £18.50 umbrella or £14 PAYE plus holiday, for an initial 2-3 month+ period.

Responsibilities include liaising with tenants, inspectors and engineers to coordinate repairs, keeping customers updated on progress, and managing repair-related administration and orders.

Repairs Administrator

Temporary, 2-3 months+

35 hours pw (8am-4pm)

Hamilton Woods are working with a housing association to recruit to a Repairs Administrator on an initial temporary basis. 2 days a week will be required in their offices, with 3 days from home.

Responsibilities of the Repairs Administrator include:

• Liaising with tenants, inspectors and engineers with regards to repairs
• Keeping customers up to date with any changes and progress of repairs
• Ensuring databases are kept up to date regarding repairs
• Opening and closing down work orders
• Raising purchase orders and invoices
• Managing all associated administration
