Job summary

Bromford Housing Group is seeking an experienced Rents & Service Charge Operations Manager to lead a specialist team responsible for rent reviews, service charge administration, data management and regulatory reporting.

You will drive improvements across processes, ensure compliance with rent standards, and provide leadership during a period of transformation and ongoing change across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in rents, service charges and property data management.
• Strong analytical and numerical problem-solving skills.
• Leadership experience managing teams to deliver performance.
• Degree-level qualification; professional finance qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of annual rent reviews and customer charge reviews, ensuring compliance with legislation, policy and regulatory requirements.
• Lead operational rent-setting activities, rent and property data processing, reporting and property charge administration.
• Maintain accurate property, rent, service charge and customer data to support decision-making and compliance.
• Design, review and continuously improve operational processes and controls relating to rents, service charges and property administration.
• Lead regulatory returns, including the SDR, and ensure timely submission.
• Coach and develop the Rents & Service Charge team to create a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
• Drive improvements through data, technology and continuous improvement practices.
