Job summary

Bromford is seeking an experienced Rents & Service Charge Operations Manager to lead a specialist team responsible for rent reviews, service charge administration, and regulatory reporting. You will drive process improvements, ensure data integrity, and support key organisational decisions with robust data.

You will lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, delivering accurate rent-related information to customers and stakeholders, while maintaining regulatory compliance and accounting

Qualifications

Experience leading rent and service charge operations in housing/funding environments.
Experience with regulatory returns, including SDR.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Lead annual rent reviews and service charge reviews, ensuring compliance.
Oversee rent-setting processes and data integrity for property and charges.
Drive data quality improvements and regulatory reporting (SDR).
Coach and develop the Rents & Service Charge Operations team to high performance.
