Job summary

hireful is seeking a finance-led housing rents team leader in Chatham to oversee 3 staff, rent and service charge processes, and regulatory compliance. You will manage rent income, annual increases, arrears and related budgets in a hybrid role at the HQ in Chatham.

The role requires hands-on housing sector experience, attention to detail, and the ability to translate financial information for non-financial stakeholders. A relevant accounting qualification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing sector rents and service charge processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of three.
