ZIGUP plc is recruiting a Rental Manager to head up the Rental Team at our Penrith site. You will lead a busy team, ensuring vehicles are returned promptly and safely while delivering on budget and KPI targets.

The role offers an excellent base salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including a yearly bonus up to 10%, generous holiday, life cover and wellbeing services, with opportunities to develop and advance within a trusted, inclusive employer.

About the role

Your role as aRental Manager is about supporting our customers to deliver on their business promises. Your aim is ensuring we get their vehicle back on the road safely and promptly. The Rental Manager is responsible for a team of staff including Customer Service Advisors, Delivery Agents and Yard Controller. We all have a part to play!

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results against budget and KPIs. Adept at giving coaching, guidance and support to their team to ensure an industry leading customer experience. Accountable for leading and motivating the team to ensure all daily rental and logistic operations are carried out effectively and in line with Company policy and procedures.
