Job summary

Northgate Vehicle Hire, part of ZIGUP, is seeking a Customer Service Agent to drive the Northgate experience. You will play a key role in meeting customer needs, coordinating with colleagues and managers, and ensuring vehicles are where they need to be.

You’ll be the first contact for customers, delivering great service with a smile, while juggling multiple tasks such as booking, queries, and account admin. A full UK/EU driving licence is required.

• Customer service experience required.
• Strong administration skills.
• Full UK or EU driving licence required.
• Calm, can-do attitude when handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a high level of service.
• Book and source vehicles to meet customer needs.
• Resolve rental queries and manage customer accounts.
• Oversee daily vehicle movements in and out of the branch.

Salary: £30.143.00 + Bonus
Weekly Hours: 42.5 hours / week, plus Saturdays on a rota

You’re often the first point of contact for customers; so confidently delivering agreat servicewith a smile is second nature. Whereyou really excelis in managing more than one task at a time - from sourcing vehicles so you can say yes to booking, resolving a customer rental query, administration of a customer account or overseeing the daily vehicle movements in and out of branch.

You don’t need any previous industry or vehicle rental administration experience to join our team (ourproven induction trainingwill take care of that) but you’ll need all of your customer service know-how, administration skill and most importantly your calm, ‘can-do’ attitude(along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence, of course!) to get things done.
