Christie Insurance in Milton Keynes is seeking a proactive team leader for our renewals team. You will advise clients on protecting their business assets and liabilities, review coverage, and negotiate with insurers to secure cost-effective renewal policies.

You will be assigned your own book and work with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent service. You will lead a team of brokers, develop strong client relationships, and stay ahead of market changes to provide tailored renewal

Formación

• Demonstrable experience as a Team leader/Account Executive in Renewals within a commercial insurance setting or SME sector.
• Strong understanding of Insurance fundamentals and market operations.
• Proven track record of maintaining an existing book of business.
• Strong knowledge of current and upcoming commercial insurance coverage.
• Professional, client-led approach with strong relationship skills.
• Ability to use software for statistical analysis and predictive modelling.
• CII/DIP certification or working towards one.

Responsabilidades

• Research and communicate up-to-date policy renewal information for clients.
• Advise on policy cover, terms and conditions, coordinating with claims.
• Respond promptly to client queries and record communications.
• Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, insurers, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
