Job summary

Christie Insurance is seeking a Team Leader in Renewals to guide our clients in protecting business assets and liabilities. You will review current coverage, assess risk changes, and negotiate with insurers to secure cost-effective policies for the upcoming year. You’ll also be assigned your own book of clients.

You will lead a high-performing renewals team, build strong client relationships, and drive cross-sell opportunities while maintaining a client-led approach across the SME sector.

Qualifications

• Experience leading renewals in commercial insurance settings.
• Ability to manage an existing book of business.
• Knowledge of insurance fundamentals and marketplace operations.

Responsibilities

• Research and communicate renewal information to clients.
• Advise on policy cover, terms and conditions; coordinate with claims.
• Respond promptly to client queries and document communications.
• Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Learn and retain detailed product knowledge.
• Develop and maintain client, insurer and internal relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
