Job summary

First Insurance, part of Brown & Brown UK, is seeking a Renewals Executive to manage a growing book of business from Maidstone. You will renew approximately 20+ client policies each month, provide expert renewal advice, and ensure accurate documentation and market searches to secure competitive terms.

You will deliver a high standard of customer service, handle policy changes, and work toward income targets while maintaining FCA compliance and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Renew own book of business monthly (20+ clients, client-facing and telephone-based)
• Complete administrative tasks: issue documents, diary management, renewals re-broking, policy records, client schedules
• Provide quotes and market searches to obtain competitive products for existing clients
• Deliver exceptional customer service and meet FCA compliance obligations
• Negotiate insurance rates with clients and insurers to maximise income
• Handle mid-term adjustments and client inquiries efficiently
• Keep accurate records and manage communications with clients and insurers
