Job summary

Elite Staffing Solutions in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Team Leader to manage a renewals portfolio and lead a small renewals team on a hybrid basis.

You will train and develop staff, review risks, negotiate with insurers and build strong client and insurer relationships while identifying cross-sell opportunities and maintaining excellent service.

Qualifications

• Commercial/SME insurance experience as a Team Leader, Account Executive or Senior Account Handler.
• Experience managing an existing book of business.
• Strong insurance knowledge and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Leadership and team development experience.
• CII qualification or willingness to work towards one.
• Acturis user (desirable)

Location: Milton Keynes | Hybrid: 3 days office | Salary: £60,000

We are working with a forward-thinking, independent insurance brokerage in Milton Keynes, offering specialist insurance solutions to clients across the UK.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Team Leader to join their renewals team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Executive, Senior Account Handler or Team Leader to take the next step, managing their own commercial portfolio while leading and developing a small team.

Key Responsibilities
