Job summary

Howden Gloucester is recruiting for a Renewals Sales role within our Private Medical Insurance team. You will manage a pipeline of PMI renewals, contact clients ahead of renewal dates, and work to KPIs across call activity and retention.

You’ll bring a proactive, customer-focused approach, strong communication, attention to detail, and resilience to handle challenging conversations. Hybrid working; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of PMI policy renewals and contact clients ahead of renewal dates.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage workload across multiple systems.
• Hit daily and monthly KPI targets including call activity, retention, and conversions.
• Upsell or cross-sell products where appropriate and compliant with regulations.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, insurer changes, and market developments.
