Job summary

Howden is seeking a proactive Client Services professional to manage day-to-day client enquiries, renewals, and documentation. You will build strong client and market relationships, coordinate with service providers, and contribute to strategic market approaches.

Full training and development are provided, with opportunities to attend industry events and develop professional knowledge in UK insurance products. Hybrid working arrangements are available in the UK.

Qualifications

• Insurance industry knowledge welcomed but not essential.
• Experience in client service and renewal processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and respond to day-to-day client enquiries.
• Finalise renewal questionnaires and underwriting submissions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and market contacts.
• Create and implement a structured market approach strategy.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with other service providers across Howden.
• Attend UKC team meetings and industry events, sharing key learnings with the team.
• Complete required CPD hours and maintain documentation to a high standard.
• Oversee workflow and ensure timely processing of client documentation.
