Job summary

IBM is seeking an Entry-Level Subscription and Annuity Representative in the UK to protect the client install base and grow annual spend through win-back, modernization, and expansion opportunities. You will lead renewal discussions, validate entitlements, and articulate the value of Subscription & Support across IBM software products.

You will collaborate with Brand Sales, Deal Makers, and Customer Success teams to align engagements and negotiations, while applying IBM’s sales methodology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to work with clients.

Responsibilities

• Protect the install base and grow annual spend by identifying win-back, modernization and expansion opportunities.
• Lead client software renewal discussions, including entitlement validation and licensing terms.
• Collaborate with IBM teams to align client engagement and negotiations.
• Drive end-to-end renewal management for select, strategic and signature accounts.
• Apply IBM's sales methodology to identify new opportunities through multiple channels.
• Engage in social selling and video outreach to influence potential clients.
