Job summary

TP is seeking experienced Customer Service Specialists to join a government campaign on a work-from-home basis. You will handle inbound calls and emails, providing guidance and tools to assist customers with visa and immigration queries, while maintaining a polite, professional and customer-focused approach.

The role is temporary (up to 3 months) with 40 hours per week across 08:30am–midnight, Monday to Friday (no weekend work).

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and friendly telephone manner.
• Experience in a target-driven customer service role.
• Good PC skills and fast typing speed.

Responsibilities

• Sign in and prepare systems for the day.
• Provide guidance on visa and immigration processes via inbound calls and emails.
• Contribute to a high-performing Customer Operations team.
• Respond to queries promptly in a polite and professional manner.
• Take short breaks as scheduled and stay productive.
