Blue Magnolias is seeking motivated, organized individuals to join our team as Reservation Services Coordinators. This fully remote role is ideal for those who enjoy helping others, researching options, and coordinating memorable experiences.

You will assist customers in researching and comparing destinations, accommodations, cruises, and resorts, while delivering professional service throughout the planning and reservation process.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and online platforms.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customer requests.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

• Assist customers with researching and comparing destination, accommodation, cruise, resort, and vacation options.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the planning and reservation process.
• Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate customer information.
• Communicate important reservation details, policies, deadlines, and updates.
• Respond to customer questions through phone, email, text, or online communication.
• Follow up with customers before and after reservations are completed.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
