Job summary

Blue Magnolias is seeking motivated Reservation Services Coordinators for a fully remote role focused on helping customers plan memorable experiences. You will research options, coordinate reservations, and provide professional service throughout the planning and reservation process.

Ideal candidates communicate well, stay organized, and are comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Training and team support are provided to develop customer service and reservation skills.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and online platforms.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customer requests.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with researching and comparing destination, accommodation, cruise, resort, and vacation options.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the planning and reservation process.
• Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate customer information.
• Communicate important reservation details, policies, deadlines, and updates.
• Respond to customer questions through phone, email, text, or online communication.
• Follow up with customers before and after reservations are completed.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
