ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is hiring a Business Development Manager to grow the UK Machine Protection and Safety Automation business. You will drive specifications, secure orders, and improve profitability while building strong relationships with integrators and line builders.

The role requires sharp numerical skills for cost and pricing analysis, independent work, and strong CRM, MS Office, and project coordination abilities. Occasional travel to the Rotherham office is expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of machine protection and/or safety automation.
• Strong numerical skills for cost calculations and pricing.
• Proven sales-driven, customer-focused experience with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Increase machine protection door specifications, orders and profitability.
• Identify and develop project opportunities with insight sharing across companies.
• Build relationships with Integrators and Line Builders to drive growth.
• Maintain CRM records, project docs and market intelligence.
• Boost brand awareness through targeted marketing and meet sales KPIs.
