Job summary

Bulten AB in the UK is seeking a Business Development Manager who will drive sales revenue in automotive and industrial markets. This home-based role requires proactive account management, strategic growth, and close collaboration with customers and internal teams.

You will lead pre-sales activity, deliver technical demonstrations, and develop compelling proposals while expanding product offerings. Regular travel and reporting to the Managing Director are expected as part of sustaining growth

Qualifications

• Engineering or Business degree or equivalent.
• Experience in fasteners and C parts.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop customer accounts and markets in UK.
• Lead pre-sales activities and product demonstrations.
• Develop proposals and presentations reflecting tech specs.
• Maintain market feedback and competitive insights.
• Travel within the UK and abroad as required.
