Job summary

Luton Bennett is recruiting a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the North of the UK with remote working from home. You will manage a full sales cycle for a world leading manufacturer of fuel storage solutions, travelling 2-4 days per week.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will build and develop relationships with new and existing customers, hit targets, and collaborate with engineering, marketing and sales support. Onboarding and strong support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role and managing a full sales cycle.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability.
• Self-driven, target-focused with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with existing portfolio of customers
• Identify, research and develop new business opportunities
• You will be on the road visiting customers 2-4 days per week, working from home on the remaining days
• Periodic/occasional overnight stays required
• Take full ownership and accountability for the regional sales budget
• Collaborate closely with internal teams
