ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the Machine Protection and safety automation business across the UK. The role is remote within the UK, with occasional travel to the Rotherham office to collaborate with the local team.

You will develop opportunities, manage accounts, and ensure the UK Sales Strategy is met while protecting the company’s interests and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of machine protection and/or safety automation.
• Strong numerical skills for cost calculations, pricing and data analysis.
• Experience in a sales-driven, customer-focused environment with good communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive team player who can work independently and take ownership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems and ability to create presentations and analyse specifications.

Responsabilités

• Develop the Machine Protection Door business across the UK.
• Ensure UK Sales Strategy aligns with targets in the Business Plan.
• Build relationships with Integrators and Line Builders to drive growth.
• Maintain CRM records, project documentation and market intelligence.
• Support marketing campaigns and strive to meet or exceed sales KPIs.
