BCD Travel is seeking a Travel Agent GetGoing for a remote UK role. You will support users of an all-in-one travel platform, focusing on problem-solving and tech support rather than booking trips from scratch.

You’ll handle disruptions, rebookings, and policy guidance, communicating via chat and email while staying current on industry regulations. A strong travel background and Sabre knowledge are expected, with English fluency required and French a plus.

Qualifications

• Travel agent experience required.
• Strong English communication; French is a plus.
• Knowledge of travel industry policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support travelers during disruptions, changes, or rebookings.
• Provide guidance aligned with client travel policies.
• Respond to inquiries via chat and email with expert assistance.
• Explain fare rules, penalties, and policy details to customers.
• Identify improvements to processes and client experience.
